Who We Are
FREE Arizona is a non-profit community organization focused on addressing issues related to the criminal punishment system.
We aim to support various stakeholders, including those who have been previously incarcerated, survivors of crime, and their families, by offering holistic support for healing and recovery.
Our approach involves building a strong community network and implementing support programs for transformative justice to address the harm caused by punitive systems. Our ultimate goal is to rectify the injustices of punitive systems and promote lasting economic and social equity for all affected individuals.

We are committed to restoring individuals to a state of wholeness post-system involvement.
We actively advocate and support individuals as they pursue the reinstatement of their civil liberties and restoration of their health and wellbeing following system interaction.
We believe every citizen should be recognized and permitted to engage in decision making within Arizona and their local community.
We believe in and support constitutional rights for all Arizonans.
Expungement
We believe in comprehensive solutions that focus on not only diminishing and eradicating the damage inflicted by the criminal punishment system but also in safeguarding the privacy and dignity of survivors of crime.
While we can’t undo harm we can aid in the long-term effects.
Our approach is multifaceted, striving to reduce opportunities for discrimination and retribution while simultaneously empowering individuals to exercise their personal sovereignty.
Equity
We hold the belief that every resident of Arizona should be granted the opportunity to access meaningful employment, housing, and fundamental resources that enhance their mental and physical health.
We believe that all Arizonans should be granted equal educational prospects, support services, and avenues for healing without any hindrances, and are entitled to meaningful economic prosperity and overall well-being.
